Not at all! We welcome complete beginners. Our instructors will guide you through everything from the very basics. Everyone starts somewhere, and our community is very supportive of newcomers.
For your first visit, comfortable athletic wear (t-shirt, shorts or sweatpants) is perfectly fine. We can discuss proper training uniforms (gi, rashguard, etc.) after you decide to join.

We have classes for all ages — from kids as young as 4 years old all the way to adult programs. We also have family classes where parents and children can train together.
Once you're a member, you can log into the Member Portal using your registered email address. From there you can view your attendance history and membership status.
